Meet some of our saves

Rosie

Surrendered after living in deplorable conditions.  Left to eat sticks and rocks. Crated in her urine and poop.

After a year of learning to be a dog.  Rosie found her forever home.  She now lives in Massachusetts.

Mary Ann

This senior girl was surrendered to a rural shelter.

Her foster couldn't just leave her.  Her chances were slim for adoption due to her age.

Lootie

Found on the side of the road after being hit by a car.  She suffered with multiple injuries and very pregnant.

Bentley

Another senior surrendered before heading to the shelter! This arthritic boy lived a happy life despite having severe arthritis.  Standing and walking were a challenge.  That didn't stop him!  He made the most of last days with his forever family.

Wynona

Abandoned in a rural area with a severe skin condition.  Her finder worked on getting the trust from this scared girl.  We did our part covering her skin issues.  Her finder became her mom.

Ruthie

A stray found her way into one of our fosters yard.  This girl was so full of energy and happiness.  She didn't know she was lost.  After looking for her people, we had no luck.  Lucky for her, The Rueben and Abbi Project took her in.  She now lives in the pacific northwest with her forever family.
